Historic Nassau Inn Wedding – Princeton, New Jersey – Emily & John
Emily and John had a wedding day surrounded by family and friends on just a gorgeously warm day. They started the day at Nassau Inn, with loads of laughs; filled with heartwarming moments.
John: “Find someone you can be with, I mean that in a sort of philosophical way. While the process of knowing someone will impact you, and even affect the way you see the world, you shouldn’t ever feel like you need to be a completely different person to meet their needs. If you can find some that you can share silly moments with, yet still have serious conversations with, and at times challenge you to stretch how you see the world you are set”.
Emily: “Take the time to really understand your partner. John and I have different styles of doing things but we know how each person works best. He’s an out of the box, laid-back, spontaneous person and I always have to have a plan and a backup plan! We make it work by respecting each other and being honest about how we’re feeling. I think you also need to ask yourself, does this person make ME a better human being”.
