Ethereally Blushed Styled Shoot
Freyana De Paoli, the makeup artist and coordinator of the shoot, wanted the style of this shoot to be based around a classic and elegant bridal look: blush pink. However, whilst the aim was to create something timeless and ethereal, Jess Meechan of Twin Flame Wedding Styling also wanted the look to be bohemian and spiritual. For this, Rose Quartz crystal was used as the main inspiration. Jess specialises in fusing the spiritual market with the wedding market and this shoot was really her debut shoot in doing this.
On the top table were blush pink crockery, gold woodland-style cutlery and gold celestial candle holders on blush pink floaty chiffon. This complimented the moss filled hurricane vase centrepiece and leafy vine. Amongst all of this was scattered rose quartz, jade, amethyst, and pink orchids creating some different textures and adding interest to the otherwise traditional table. Polished angel shaped rose quartz crystals were placed on the plates for that added spiritual vibe.
In the Barns beautiful outdoor ceremony area, Jess really wanted the natural elements around us to be complimented. Amongst the branches, she hung ribbons of different blush tones and handmade dream catchers. The seated area consisted of a vintage peacock chair and matching table, adorned with floral garland, zodiac globe and larger crystals.
The lounge area inside followed the natural and spiritual vibe with candles, a blush colour rug, throw and vintage armchair so it would be cosy and inviting. More crystals were lovingly laid over vintage trunks and in amongst stunning bohemian florals to make sure nature sparkled through everywhere.
