Love In Bloom

With spring in the air, this is the perfect colour scheme to bring in the season. The Beaufort Inn history and grounds were used for inspiration and the goal for this shoot was to showcase the Inn’s gardens and courtyards in a way that hasn’t been done before. The whimsical, romantic theme perfectly complimented the Inn’s environment while allowing these wedding vendors to show their creativity.

A lot of greenery and flowers were used in order to make it feel like spring was sprouting from both the ceremony and reception areas. The ring used for the ceremony backdrop was commissioned by Susan DeLoach Photography, and it was the perfect element to add some interest to this shoot. The brass candlesticks, gold votives, Audrey lanterns, and green candles added the perfect final touches.

There were flowers everywhere! Eucalyptus lined the ceremony ring and overflowed from the centerpiece on the sweetheart table. A range of roses from white to cream to blush to antique lavender with peach and fuchsia coloured accent flowers were used.

The dress chosen was a mixture of white and nude with lace on the bodice and a flowy skirt. The sweetheart neckline complimented the romantic theme. The oval stoned engagement ring and pearl bracelets and earrings lent a classy, vintage air to the look.
