Set in the incredible Mansion House, this grand Victorian dwelling is said to be a hidden wedding gem of Bristol. The luxurious interior which includes sweeping staircases and crystal chandeliers, a garden to match, with long whimsical grass and trees, even accommodating a garden house that is adorned for outdoor wedding ceremonies; it looks like a fantastic venue for a wedding day!
Cory and Gergely met in Bristol in 2013; they now travel the world taking photographs and writing blogs about the places they’ve visited. They don’t actually speak each others language so opt for English instead – a lovely little relationship quirk!
On the day Corey did her own makeup with help from her mother and bridesmaid, and her petite frame looked incredible in the strapless dress with wide skirt and train. She wore her hair down in ringlets topped off with a delicate Tiara, like a princess. This helped capture the royal wedding theme that they wanted for their perfect wedding day.
The wedding itself took part at Bristol registry office with a few tears and lots of smiles. They then headed back to Mansion House for portraits and an evening meal which looks like incredible fine dining at its best.
We love this wedding because it’s the perfect example of how a small intimate wedding can be a royally grand affair.
