Robert Mills House Wedding – Amy & Adam

Amy and Adam met at work when they were working in cubicles next to each other, and earlier this year this lovely couple happily tied the knot at their Robert Mills House wedding. We love so many things about this wedding, from the perfect spring outfits which Amy picked out for the bridesmaids, to a special origami engagement ring, the entire day looks like perfection!

Succulents were everywhere throughout their wedding day, they were in the bouquets, placed on the cake, and on tables at the reception. Amy decided on tulle skirts for the bridal party, which look so cute paired with the white v-neck vest tops!

When you look at the beautiful photographs you may be wondering what the origami ring and bowtie are all about, and when we heard, we thought it was a really cute little story! Amy said “Adam had just spent 6 months in Japan for work. We went to brunch with some friends and when we came home, he said he had another gift from Japan to give me but I had to close my eyes. He proposed with an origami ring that he learned to make in Japan. It was very simple but very romantic and very appropriate since we have both spent time in Japan. It is also secretly what I was hoping for when he told me he was going to this origami master’s shop in Tokyo.” This cute little origami ring is the rock that Adam proposed to Amy with, and he made a bowtie for their wedding day! How quirky and unique!
