Secret Seaview Styled Shoot

This gorgeous styled shoot took place back in March on a very cold and blustery day at Robin Hoods Bay. The venue was the Secret Seaview Chapel which sits on the cliff edge with amazing sea views. This beautiful little Chapel dates back to the 18th century and has recently been renovated to create an unusual, stylish venue which is licensed for civil ceremonies. The venue was very much the inspiration for this shoot.

The idea behind this styled shoot was to use some vintage elements to reflect the history of the chapel but with a modern twist while bringing in subtle hints of the seaside. So the overall theme was ‘posh afternoon tea’ with styling which was developed to incorporate the blush and pale grey colours which really complimented the venue and worked so well together. These colours were enhanced with hints of gold and ivory. The china tableware worked beautifully amongst the soft florals and candles.
